DP5 Install hangs on Less than a minute

Hi Guys,
installing on a work machine to get an idea of what I'm going to have to do for our new mac image but the install is hanging on Less than a minute for 30 mins now.
Anyone else had this issue and any resolution advice?

Ran the installer from 10.8.4

Weird, let it run for an hour, powered off the machine, repaired the disk and bam it boots and runs!
Everything runs so so fast!
