Just curious to know if anyone has had audio success with the single cable Dr.Bott MDP to HDMI II converter.

Well I just had a very bad experience with Apple regarding this issue.

A week ago I ordered the dr boot adaptor after reading this apple support site:

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3065?

Clearly states "Dr. Bott Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter conforms to these guidelines." and link to the shop http://store.apple.com/ie/product/TX175ZM/A?mco=MTY3ODQ5OTY

I called the support but the person I talked to didn't give a sh**t. At first he couldn't even find the support page about this issue. When he gave up he just told they didn't support third party products an refused to help.

A arrogant service like this really pi***s me off. Why do they link and sell products that don't work?
