Draft n versus final n

Hello,
I'm looking at buying a used or refurbished Airport Extreme (or maybe even Time Capsule!)

From what I'm gleaning from the internet, there is no effective difference between the draft-n and the final-n capabilities - they will both work as n.

Is that true? It would be great if so because I'd feel better going for an older model.

Yes. There's no practical difference.
