macOS Drag Drop method from NSTableView to any other app(like finder)

Hi,
I am having one issue as iam new about cocoa. I want to drag and drop the files from NSTableView to Desktop or another folder.
How to implement the Drag and Drop method for this issue.Please give any example code any help would be needful
