I have enabled "Manually manage music and video"
I have tried File > Add File to Library. When I do this, nothing happens.
I have tried File > Library > Import playlist. I get the same result as trying to add a file to library.
I have tried changing my edit > preferences > advanced by disabling "Keep itunes folder organized" and "copy files to itunes media folder when adding to library"
Yet, with all of this, I still cannot transfer music
Whenever I try dragging and dropping music it just gives me the error symbol (the crossed out circle)
Any ideas? I think it may be because I just reformatted my computer, but I really don't know.
Edit: Just to let everyone know, I'm running off off firmware v. 4.0 and my itunes is version 9.2.1
