Drag Racer:Pro Tuner taken down?

Yesterday there was a new updated for Drag Racer that erased the data of all previous saved information. There were a lot of crashes with this update, very similar to the first. Now its been taken down off the App store.. What does that mean for any possible updates? Does that mean it can't be updated again?
