Dragging and Dropping Apps in iTunes 10.4.1.10

Hi, I recently updated my iTunes and now I can't drag my apps from iTunes onto my iPad. The previous version of iTunes I had allowed me to do so. :\

I have "Manually manage music and videos" ticked. I have tried logging in and out of AppStore and Windows. I have tried resetting iTunes Store cache and have tried unchecking "Read Only" on my iTunes folder. Also have tried different USB port.


Running Win7. Thanks
