Dragging Files into ITunes.

Hello guys.

I've recently upgraded both my iPhone and iTunes to the latest iOS and versions respectively.

Then I started encountering this problem. When I drag music or videos from a folder from my desktop into the iTunes (Under the Music and Movies tab in "On this iPhone"), the titles show that they're copied, but the words are in gray. (The titles should show up in black words right?)

And they don't show up on the phone.

What is wrong?
