Dragging Web Address to Favorites Gone ?

Is there a way drag a web address to Favorites as I was able to do before? I'm on Safari 16.3 and it doesn't seem to be working no matter where I grab and start dragging in the address bar.

It's still working to drag from the address bar to the Bookmarks sidebar in Safari 16.3 (18614.4.6.1.6) Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68).
It's probably easier if you check "Show full website address" in Safari - Preferences - Advanced.
