Firstly - thank you to anyone who positively contributes to my question, whether their reply is a positive or a negative personal experience.
I have seen that Dragon Dictate 3.0 and PDF Converter 3.0 are currently available on the apple store for £99.95 - academic version.
I am looking to try the dictation software as I think it will come in handy for my day to day work, both in terms of dictation at the MBP and also dictation via the iphone for later transcription. I wondered if anyone had any experience of these programs. I also wondered what line of business people had experience of them in. I wish to use them in respect of my dual career in law and medicine, so I will be using some fairly unique terms, and expect some considerable training and addition of vocabulary will be needed. Does anyone have experience of this as well?
I realise I am just asking for info, but I suspect others are in a similar position and you know what people say about karma.......
Thanks in advance
Ben
