Drawers Icon in stack and dock styles website

Hey, i am wondering, is there a way to hide the drawer icon in the stack when it is open, because it kinda gets annoying in the downloads stack...??

Also, I know of a few websites that have dock styles on them but whats a really good website, i already have dockolisuis on my computer so all i need is a really nice dock set.
