last year I moved my itunes library from mt imac to the external hard drive to save space.
The external hard drive is truly dead and unsalvageable!
So, resigned to some data loss due to ripped collection but should be able to re-download itunes purchases.
Questions is- where to put my library now? Got new external hard drive.
Current library is on imac with exclamation marks galore next to all tracks fo course.
What is the easiest way just to start fresh?
I've got the family collections of music and files etc on iphones.ipads and the imac.
My thought was have a fresh library and just move back in all the various device downloads and then any outstanding itunes purchases not currently on any of those devices.
Any ideas,step by step please?
