You can buy Crossover Games and download the Dreamcast games off Steam I s'pose. I'm sure it would run fine. Dreamcast games aren't exactly very intensive games, so you should be fine, unless there is true compatibility problems, which in that case, your SOL.

You could try it but don't expect anything out of it. Virtualization of an OS to play a game is just terrible. Crossover is a compatibility layer, hence, why people can actually play games using it. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. I haven't used Parallels in years so maybe they've added some graphics features to it.
