dreamweaver 8

Hi there. I can not install dreamweaver 8. I get a message like this:

Why is this happening?

Are you using Leopard? Dreamweaver 8 might not work on Leopard. You should probably just upgrade to CS3 or CS4, which both work on Leopard.
