Hi,

Anyone know what's going on with the recent dreamweaver update?

http://www.adobe.com/support/dreamweaver/downloads_updaters.html

At the time of writing the site says that it's reccomended for all DW users, but there only appears to be 2 language options available, neither of which are in English. it also points out (obviously) that you need the right one. Bit confused if this is relevant to all language versions or not.

thanks
Chris

Adobe seems to have dropped the ball on Dreamweaver 9 for Mac.

If there ever was a version that needed a major update it is this one. And so far a fix for two minor languages only.

Hey Adobe, how about fixing the sluggish performance on the English language one, Give Reader and Acrobat a break and put your energy into DW.

Thanks. I feel better now.

I second this.. I wish they'd get the Engish version up to par. I almost want to go back to CS2...

Et tu, Dreamweaver?

Dreamweaver CS3 is pretty much a horrible mess. It makes we wonder why Adobe didn't decide to roll some of DW's better features into GoLive and dump DW.

These days I just sit and hope that iWeb 3 will include just enough extra functionality so that I can happily use it alone.

:)

Dreamweaver CS3 + Mac

I have used Dreamweaver up to CS3 on the PC for years and was quite happy.

Then I switched to a Mac. I didn't even remotely think DW would be a pain on the Mac but boy was I dissappointed.

It is a sad state when I have to run DW CS3 in Parallels in Vista for better performance. And I mean MUCH better performance.

I'd give my left *ut for a DW CS3 update for the Mac. COME ON ADOBE! Sheesh!
