Dreamweaver CS3 - running 5% CPU when idel

Dreamweaver seems to be eating up about 5% of the CPU when idle and not in focus. This seems to happen on and off, I've tested it with both a file open and no files open, still hovers at around 5-6% cpu.

Is this indicative of a memory leak or something else? Seems odd it would use so much CPU when idle... right now photoshop is using 0.6 cpu..

anyone else seen this?
