I still work the old fashioned way and hand code my sites. I tried to use DW a few times but don't like it. I guess it's handy as an administration tool, but actual design I much prefer to start from scratch.

I use Dreamweaver MX and always used the code view. I primarily like it better than just using a normal text editor because of the color coded highlighting and the little bit of assistance the ampersand and tag property menus provide.

Other text editors provide those functions. ;) No need to pay $400+ for things like that.
