Dreamweaver Question

Hi, I just got a MacBook and I know somethings about macs, but I was wondering. In Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 I have several sites that I manage as you can see in the picture below, Long File Names and subfolders there names are cutoff, is there anyway to expand it automatically, and is there anyway to get ride of unused fields like the size which I dont user? BTW I know I could just drag the name field over to expand it but was wondering if I could expand it to the longest. I guess my real question is there anyway to customize that drop list, what it displays etc.
