Drive dock with FW800 supporting 3TB

If you're looking for an enclosure, rather than a dock, then I'd highly recommend the Icy Dock mb662 off Amazon.
The only thing to be aware of is that their JBOD (despite what their blur might say) merges the drives as a single disk on your desktop (so if you have 2x 2TB disks in it, it will appear as a single 4TB disk)
Other than that, I love it - quiet, flawless, well built, screwless solution. Highly recommended
