Hi there
1) I am hopping some one called help me with Drive Genius 2. I want to initialize the disk. But the problem is that there are two options one is “Apple Partition Map” the other is “GUID Partition Table”. Don’t know which one to choose, what do they mean? It says in the help manual "Select Apple Partition Map or GUID depending on which Mac you are using" but does not go into any more detail. I am using a three year old iMac and want to reformat an external USB drive.

2) Something else I would like to know about the utilities folder in the app folder on the Mac. I wanted to use the drive utility that came with the Mac, but all of the utilities that came with the Mac are missing. Don’t know where they have gone but “About this Mac “ and the more info button is greyed out and cant be pressed. The info I think was in utilities folder which is now missing. How do I get the utilities back, can I get it from the Mac OS X disc that came with the computer? Don’t want to install the how system, is there anyway I can just get utilities from the disc?
Thanks for any help
