Drivers for extra buttons on keyboards?

I just got a Logitech s530 wireless desktop (keyboard and mouse). I've heard horror stories about Logitech's drivers, so I'm using SteerMouse for the mouse. I don't have anything for the extra buttons on the keyboard, like the media player controls, navigation buttons, and hotkeys. Are there any 3rd party ones that would do the job?
