I live in Arizona. We had the first license in Apple Wallet. I added the drivers license as soon as it was available. It took a few attempts but I finally got it. That was a few years ago. I also had it on my Series 5TI. Last week due to a minor tragedy with my TI (Posted elsewhere on this forum) I purchased an Ultra. During setup I added my drivers license to to wallet and it went through the first time. When i go to wallet on my Ultra I get a strange message on the watch screen (See attached photo) and it won’t let me pull up my info. I know it’s two different watches but they are both on the same OS version. I open watch app on iPhone (11 Pro Max) with Face ID. I don’t know what passcode the watch is asking for. Any ideas???

That makes sense but when I tap “OK” it doesn’t take me to a screen to enter passcode. License worked fine on my 5TI. I’ve removed license from watch and will reinstall it. Works fine on my phone.

I had the same problem when I first got my Ultra. I wouldn’t swear to it, but I think it happened again after an unpair / repair cycle. And I again wouldn’t swear to it, but I think removing the license from both the phone and the watch and re-adding it fixed the problem.

All that was plenty long enough ago for me to not be too terribly certain, obviously. So I just checked now; tapping on the “Driver’s License Info (i)” button prompts for the watch passcode, after which it shows everything printed on the license. I don’t see anything in there that could convince somebody it’s real (such as the star that follows your finger in the ADOT app) … but, on the other hand, it’s got my license ID number, something that could be especially handy in very rare but important circumstances.

Thank you. I got the swearing part down but I’m swearing at it not to it 😹😹Where does it send you to enter the passcode. I get the screen shown in my first post but when I tap OK I’m back to my license. I’m going to try removing license from both phone and watch to try again. It’s not the end of the world, I just hate when something simple doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. I have my Retired Military ID and Passport card as well as Star on my license somI’m covered there.
