As I know, this Dual USB C HDMI adapter was certified by Intel and there is not any stock so far before mass production. May I ask where did you buy this expensive adapter? :)

Are any adapters or hubs that I can use for driving 2 screens via HDMI with 1 USB Type-C (Thunderbolt 3) port?

I've found an expensive :)() adapter that can use TB3 to drive 2 HDMI displays, but it doesn't use the Type-C connector, so that's not too useful unfortunately (https://www.choetech.com/product/thunderbolt-3-to-dual-hdmi-2.0-output-adapter-4k-60hz.html).

Anyone in the same scenario that can share their solution for this?

Thanks.
It looks like it does use the type-c connector: The USB-C incompatibility means it's not compatible with machines that only have USB over that connector

It also shows the 2017 MBP as compatible - not sure about the 2016 (maybe it doesn't do dual hdmi over TB3?)
