Am I correct in thinking that when the music store goes to all DRM free, it will be possible (although not necessarily legal) to put any music on a website created with iWeb - streaming, that is? Currently some of the music I try to put on can only be listened to by me, since I am signed on as the itunes owner and I own the music.

Thanks!

Possible? Quite likely.

Legal? There's the rub. RIAA may want to have a word or two with you if you stream music to which you don't own the copyright or publishing rights.
