Now granted, after the Drobo builds the RAID, you will be left with only 4TB usable, but this is a HECK of a deal.

If you were like me and got in on the Google Offer earlier today for $40 of newegg stuff for only $20, this can make the whole deal (like it did for me) only 392.xx!

That is ridiculously cheap for hard drive storage alone right now! Not including the Drobo!!

Remember you can use websites like Fatwallet or ebates to get anywhere from 1-3% cash back. I'm not sure how it works since most stores listed on that website have a set percentage, but it's worth a try. It usually takes some time to get the money back, but is still worth it.

FYI Newegg "fixed" their price on the hard drives. Now they are priced at 199.99 making this a lot less of a deal. I got in on it and hope others did too!
