I've got a Drobo with 16tb WD Red's installed. I dusted it out over the weekend as it was pretty much dust bunny love nest. I removed all the drives and cleaned out the caddy and then replaced them back in the original order. The Drobo has now gone in to Repair Mode which has been doing now for 3 days ( Drobo is 80% full so yeah I get it takes a while ).

Can I turn off the connected Mac mini and let Drobo just let it's do it's thing , will this effect the transfer speed ? it's just it's been sat for 122hrs all weekend to finish without going down ☠️?

I'm actually turning off the Mac over the weekend and running the Drobo interface and it's just solid at 122hrs, I don't know if restarting the Mac restarts the repair.
