I saw the thread title and thought you were offering insurance...
I don't have a case but need one, badly. I have a 1st gen iPhone and it's
all banged up from dropping it in my pocket with all the nickels and dimes.

if you dont wanna see the entire video,
the rebel itself stay completely (in one piece) more than the candyshell, but does not protect the phone all the time (after 2-3 tests the phone just slip out of the case).

the candyshell's bottom strip cracked after 2-3 tests, but even on the drop from 2nd floor, its still protect the phone.
