Is there a way to sync a folder from my laptop to the Dropbox desktop app and have it automatically update whenever I edit the folder?

I know how to do this with sugarsync but dropbox I cant figure out and have to keep adding and removing files manually!

Help please.

Put the folder into your dropbox folder?

Aye, I just realised that. I thought that perhaps it would work along the lines of sugarsync whereby I could just edit my folder on the desktop as normal and it would auto-sync to the cloud as opposed to having to move my folder into the dropbox folder.

Thx
