I thought using Get Info and setting Privileges to Drop Box would mean that that file couldn't be opened by someone without permission, and indeed double-clicking on that file produces the "you don't have permission etc." prompt. However, I find that while in Get Info apparently anyone can simply change the privilege to Read and Write and the file is no longer protected...am I missing something? Thanks for any clarification. I'm running OS 10.8.5.
