How does Dropbox work on iPhone? Does it keep all your files ON the iPhone the same way it does with a computer, or does it just show you what's on their server and let you download files as you need them? And if the latter is the case, can you save certain files to the iPhone if you want to keep them there permanently? It seems like keeping them on the server would be the logical way it works, as people with paid Dropbox accounts that have a lot of data on them wouldn't want all that stuff permanently residing on the iPhone and taking up all that memory.

There's a favourites tab in Dropbox app - favourited files are stored on the phone. Non-favourites need a data connection.
