Hey,
to access my university's network, I always used 802.1X. For this to work, I just had to install a mobileconfig file that asks me for my name and password after downloading it from my university's website.
Recently, I had to change my university password, so that my old configuration did not work. I couldn't figure out a way to change my password on the iPhone, so I deleted it in the network profile settings and tried to reinstall it.
However, upon downloading the file, not the profile install screen pops up, but my Dropbox app, which then opens it as a text file.
So far, I didn't manage to stop Dropbox opening my mobileconfig file. Any suggestions (other than uninstalling Dropbox?).
I'm using an iPhone 3GS running on iOS 4.0.1 unlocked and the newest version of Dropbox.
Thanks for your help!
Best,
Clemens
