Dropbox weird storage limits

So I recently decided to do all of the free upgrades that dropbox offers.

After doing them all I now have 3.88gbs of storage. I know this is weird, but how do I get it to an even 4gb?

I had several 125mb when I did all four of them it only gave me .88gbs.

So is this the 1000 vs 1024 bytes issue?

It just bugs me.
