Hi -- am wondering if anyone has had trouble with DropDV being a reliable company to do business with. I paid for a registration license through PayPal as per all of their directions and although they indicate an email would automatically be sent once payment was verified (PayPal verified payment almost immediately), I have yet to receive the registration code.
I decided to go with DropDV because of recommendations on this forum and my own positive results from testing their free download -- of course in order to get the screen imprint off you have to pay for the registration code. I happily did that because of the excellent results, but they have not come through on their end.
I have only been able to get them to exchange two emails (I have sent at least 6) with me over the course of 36 hours, and all they told me to do was check my spam folder (yes, I had already done that).
Has anyone else had problems?? Thanks!!
