Dropped adapter, pins crooked

Hi all

I just dropped my adapter on the floor and one of the pins is now crooked.
Is it safe to bend it back into position and use it like normal?

Can you buy the little piece separately or do you have to buy a new adapter (which I wouldn't like as this one is only 6 months old)?

I don't use the same plugin - but mine was semi bent and I was able to fix it.

That happened to mine a while back and I just took a pair of pliers and bent it back so it could fit in the socket. It worked fine and didn't cause problems.

I bet they're hollow and will bend easily. Go slow...less is more and you should be fine.
