Just checking if others are seeing this. When I take a Live Photo on either my iPhone 11 Pro or iPad Pro 11” (2018) running iOS 14 beta 3, I get dropped frames in the Live Photo. On my partner’s iPhone 11 running iOS 13 Live Photos are completely smooth.
I’m assuming it’s just a bug that will be ironed out prior to release.
edit: Looking back through my Live Photos taken with betas 1 and 2, it seems as though this bug was introduced with beta 3.
