Dropped iphone now it wont turn on.

Hey guys

Today I left my phone on the roof of my car and drove off,the phone will now not turn on and I have tried doing everything I can

The iphone has a dent on the back top right side about 1cm left of the silent mode button which you can hardly see because it had a cover on it. What is under there? Is it the battery or what?

What can I do now? The devise is still in warranty with apple but is Jailbroken,will they fix it then? Also I live in South Africa so they will have to ship it to the US to get it fixed

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Apple do not cover accidental damage. Do you insurance?

Homeowner's insurance (or perhaps renter's insurance) is probably your only remaining option.

Unfortunately the phone is not insured it was going to cost me about $50 a month to insure the phone in South Africa so that's not a option :"(

Will these iphone repair shops be able to fix it by any chance?
