I very cleverly dropped my iPhone 4 on a concrete driveway. To its credit it still works perfectly, except that reception sensitivity has reduced, i.e. it doesn't work as well in weaker signal areas as it used to. Any ideas to fix this?

Contact the apple store see what they say. The iPhone 4's antenna it around the band of the phone you you may have damaged that when you dropped it. However I don't know how easy, if possible, it is to repair/replace.
