It is, but I was more concerned about the physical damage. It was in a case and everything, ill give them a call today.

if you have a problem-free display on that unit, exchanging it might land you in a world of regret. the damage is minimal and probably not noticeable when you have it in the case.
like it said, i'd leave it alone if you have a defect-free screen.
