A couple of days ago, I dropped my MBP (Mid 2010, 320M), theres a small dent in the lower left side corner. Besides that, everything was fine. So I opened it up to check the internals and I think I fried something inside (maybe static or something, even though I was wearing an antistatic wrist strap) because after checking that everything was still in its place, when I turn it on it boots up but the screen wont turn on, it just flashes for half a second and that's it. Tried hooking it up to an external display and it works just fine, but the screen is just dead.

Any thoughts? I think I would need to replace the Motherboard.....

Yep, I rechecked all the connectors, the screen gets power as soon as I turn it on but I cant even see the apple logo, just a black screen. I think the interface between the video card and screen got fried. I forgot to mention that I heard a "click" (more like a short circuit) sound twice as soon as the screen flashed.
