I dropped my phone in the toilet for less than a second and I was told to put it in rice for a week and so I waited the week and yesterday took it out and plugged into my charger and checked what didn't work and it seems that I don't have any audio able to play out of my phone what should I do

The only thing you can do is take it to apple and explain what happened and pay for out of warranty replacement. They may cut you a break, but I hear they don't do that much.

The other option is to sell it as water damaged on CL or ebay and buy a new one.

Would be cheaper to get an out of warranty replacement and no hassle.

I dropped mine in gasoline, it was ruined, but I have AppleCare + and was able to get mine replaced for $50. AppleCare + covers two accidental breaks/water damage (or gas), and all that is required is $50 to replace it. Otherwise it will cost you $199 plus tax. But if you have this care, and your phone is not working properly, get it replaced.
