Hello,
I got my new Macbook Air last week and today I accidentally dropped the power adaptor (the brick) on the floor (from the table).
Everything is working smoothly but I am wondering if a possible defect of the power adaptor (resulting from this drop) could damage the Laptop.
Thanks

Ok thanks for the fast replies.
I am just wondering if it happens to you often ?

Drop a power adapter? I wouldn't even give it another thought. Now don't extend that to feeling comfortable about dropping the Air. :)

I don't see how a dropped power adapter would harm your computer... heck, I usually drop my power adapters to the floor when I'm setting them up. Do you reach down and lightly set it down every time when you plug it in?

Not to mention all the times when my power adapter is sitting next to me, and a tug on the cord knocks it off the couch/table/etc...
