It's a situation that many of us will, regrettably, have been in - you've had a bit too much to drink, and yet you want more booze. So you stagger off in search of beer.

Fortunately for most of us, our incompetent attempts to procure more alcohol haven't been caught on video and put on the web entitled 'Drunkest Guy Ever Goes for More Beer' for millions of viewers to giggle at.

I thought that he was on something stronger than booze. He looks too out of it, more like he's taken horse tranquilizers.

Sure, he's drunk.

As a law enforcement officer, I've seen many people very drunk at 10 AM. Usually they are people that work the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. 7 AM to 10 AM is their evening before they go to sleep. They drink just like most other drunks do from 7 to 10 PM.

Oh I do think it's a lot more than alcohol causing him to wobble about like that. If he doesn't have some sort of severe head injury or a middle ear infection, he's on drugs. Or he's been washing his prescriptions down with booze. If I had to guess: he's been huffing some Ether. It's his mental persistence and quasi-alertness in spite of physical inability that leads me to believe it's not alcohol (or not only alcohol). Someone who is severely drunk just moves/behaves differently.
