Apple did warn its resellers about a product dry spell; sounds like the rumor sites got that much right. But they better be right about at least some of the product upgrades, too, or there's going to be a lot of mean-eyed Mac users looking at Cupertino in manner unfriendly.

I really, really hope this means cool new stuff is coming sooner rather than later.
 
Looking like a long-term product drought, if think keeps up longs enough the herd is going to drop over dead -- or stampeed to the nearest source of fresh product.
 
It puzzles me that Apple hasn't dropped prices on the eMac and iMac lines, they seem awfully high, given the out of date tech. Apple should cut prices ahead of releasing a new product.
