DTK vs Intel performance for development?

I’m not sure if anyone has the DTK or can advise on the performance of it. Right now I’m using a MBA 2020 base config for development (learning Swift) and found that while 8GB is enough for me for now I will need to bump to 16GB or more. Things aren’t slow by any means but I’m curious about build times overall. Is the DTK considerably faster considering the 10th gen CPUs for building apps?

How has the memory pressure been? Any oddities/hiccups you’ve seen?

The DTK NDA specifically prohibits benchmarks. To me anyone reporting this information would be violating their NDA.

That said, it is kind of irrelevant anyway because any Apple Silicon Mac will seriously outperform the DTK anyway.
