I'm planning to purchase a G5 really soon and I would like to get an opinion from some people on this.

1. Apple Canada (educational discount)
-Dual 2.0GHz, 512 ram, 160GB hard drive, ATI Radeon 9600, Superdrive
= $3365 Canadian -> $2562 USD

2. Accurate Techologies (retailer in Toronto)
-PowerMac G5/2GHz Dual Pros, 512mb RAM, 160gb Hard Disk, SuperDrive, Radeon 9600 Pro (Apple warranty till July 19/05, extendable till 2007!)
(i'm thinking this is refurbished as it says it's "Nearly New")
= $2999 Canadian -> $2283 USD

At first I was planning to purchase the Dual 1.8, and the price came out to about $2800 Canadian after upgrading the ram and hard drive and video card.

I know the Apple online store in the US has a refurbished section but unfortunately I live in Toronto and can't buy from there. Right now I'm leaning on purchasing the one from Accurate Technologies. Would there be any draw backs in purchasing a "nearly new" or refurbished product?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
