dual 2.5 and weird video effects.. vid inside

I remember when they first came out, people were bothered by this weird effect.. there was sort of a ripple.. or a line that runs about 1/3 of the way from the top of the screen.

I noticed it today.. a little worse than normal. Anyone ever figure out how to fix this?

i turned my display off and on and it's been fixed.. so yeah. weird.
