Dual audio and soft subs on quicktime?

I've been thinking about getting a mac mini and use it as a media center with front row, but i would like to know if quicktime can handle dual audio and soft subs like any other player on windows.... i plan on encoding all my dvds into h.264 with aac sound and perhaps using the container .mov if it lets me use several audio and subtitle tracks, i know quicktime doesnt handle ogm or mkv so im out of luck.... so... any recommendations?
