Can anyone tell me if there is a way to dual boot OSX 10.8 & 10.6 on the same hard drive?

I'm currently running osx 10.6.8 on my iMac & would also, like to run Mountain Lion on my iMac and be able to boot into either os as needed.

Partition your internal drive with Disk Utility and install 10.8 on to the empty partition.

Thanks - Another question

I thought Mtn Lion had to use the installer in Snow Leopard to install & would this be possible on a new partition?

1. Partition drive.
2. Clone existing Snow Leopard to new partition (or install from DVD and then update to 10.6.8).
3. Boot into new partition.
4. Update that partition to Mtn Lion.
