Dual boot OSX lion for another language

I am I able to dual boot lion on the same PC? I am wanting one in English and one in Greek. How would I go about doing this?

or could I create a virtual machine to do the same

Or you could just create another user account in System Preferences > Accounts, log into it, change the language, and be done with it.
No need for two installs of the same OS.
You could even change your account to Greek, but that would mean, you have to log out and log in.
