Is it possible to dual boot tiger and leopard if I only have 1 partition running tiger?

Getting leopard on friday and would really like to install it leaving my tiger install intact.

Separate installs of any OS must be on different partitions. You cannot boot two different OSs from the same partition.

right so is it possible to partition my drive without destroying my tiger install?
